Short Guide to Submitting UKT Reduction Proposals for Students
  • Students log in via SSO on the page https://sso.undiksha.ac.id/ . As seen in the following image.

  • After successfully logging in, students can enter SIAK by clicking on the SIAK icon, as shown in the picture.

  • The system will direct you to the SIAK page. On the SIAK page, students can click on the “UKT PROPOSAL” menu. As seen in the following image.

  • The system will direct you to the UKT proposal page. If students want to make a new proposal, students can click the “NEW PROPOSAL” tab then the proposal form will be displayed, as shown in the following image.

In the proposal image above, students can choose one of the types of proposals provided, including:

  1. Payment relief of 50% of the UKT rate (conditions can be selected if you have actively taken 8 semesters for S1 and 6 semesters for D3)
  2. Decrease in Semester UKT Groups
  3. Permanent UKT Group Reduction
  4. Postponement of Semester UKT Payments

After selecting one type of proposal, students are required to upload the required file (pdf, maximum size 1 MB) and fill in the reasons then click. The system will lead to the proposed data page as in the following image.

In the image of the proposed data above, students can check the data that has been filled in. If there are errors, students can make changes by clicking the “CHANGE PROPOSAL” tab, then a change form will be displayed.
