Improve Student Services, Undiksha Conducts FGD on Final Project System

UPT TIK Undiksha was also present in the socialization of the Undiksha Final Project Information System, which took place on Tuesday (28/2) in the Ganesha Meeting Room 1 Rectorate Undiksha and invited the Vice Dean 1 of each Faculty, Vice Director 1 Postgraduate, Head of the AKPK Bureau, UPT TIK System Development Team and Academic and Statistics Coordinator.

The event was chaired directly by Undiksha’s Vice Rector 1, Prof. Gede Rasben Dantes, S.T., M.Ti, with Focus Group Discussion related to the system business process developed by the UPT TIK team. On this occasion, the Head of UPT TIK I Ketut Resika Arthana, S.T., M.Kom., also demonstrated the flow of the final project system, including details of the mechanisms between users and some development notes that are considered necessary for further study.

Based on the discussions between invitees, it was found that the business processes of the currently developed system could be approved with some revisions. Some input will be accommodated by UPT TIK so that the next plan related to the meeting in the context of socializing the final project system to the study program coordinator can be implemented immediately.

In addition to discussions on the final assignment system, the implementation of TTE and EIS systems was also discussed at this meeting. UPT TIK and Undiksha hope that the system can operate immediately to provide convenience in managing and tracking the final assignments of Undiksha students both at the diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate levels. We also hope to get full support in implementing the system and various inputs that build the development of the final assignment system in the future (including accommodating all the needs of the academic community).
