The following is a guide to activating a licensed Zoom account specifically for academic members of Ganesha University of Education.

1. Open the Zoom application and click“Sign In” to log in to your Zoom account.

2. After that, please select sign in with SSO to register your Undiksha email account 2. After that, please choose to sign in with SSO to register your Undiksha email account.

3. Please inputundiksha-ac-id in the column provided, then click the button“Continue” to continue.

4. To use Zoom with an Undiksha education licensed account, select or log in with an email account that ends with@undiksha.ac.id or@student.undiksha.ac.id that you have. After successfully logging in, you will be able to access and utilize various Zoom facilities with a special Ganesha Education University education license.

5. After successfully logging in, you will be directed to the Zoom application. Next, check the Zoom application to ensure that your account status is licensed. To view the license status on your account, follow these steps:

  • Select the “Settings” or “Settings” menu in the Zoom application.
  • Next, click the “Profile” or “Profile” option.
  • On the profile page, you will find information on your account license status which is displayed as follows.
