Ganesha University of Education (UNDIKSHA) since 2021 increasing the distribution of free Internet services available in the Campus Area under the name Wifi/SSID“UNDIKSHA HARMONY”. This is to facilitate and support the ICT service process within the Ganesha University of Education in carrying out the education and learning process.

This internet access can be enjoyed by the entire Undiksha academic community. Students, employees, and lecturers can use an account/SSO (@undiksha.ac.id or or@student.undiksha.ac.id) that you already have to start enjoying free internet services.

How do I use Undiksha internet services?

To be able to enjoy Undiksha internet services is very easy, users only need to connect to the internet network with the name Wifi/SSID “UNDIKSHA HARMONY” which is available in all Undiksha areas. The stages for using internet services can be done by following these steps.

1. To connect to a WIFI network, make sure the device’s WiFi radio is activated.
2. Then connect the device to the hotspot network UNDIKSHA HARMONY.

3. Once connected, open the browser (Chrome, Mozilla, Edge, etc.) that you will use. You will be automatically redirected to the page login hotspot Undiksha.

4. If the hotspot login page does not appear, in the browser address bar, please manually type the hotspot login address with URLhttp://hotspot.undiksha.ac.id.

5. On the hotspot login form, please enter the username and password Undiksha SSO account that you already have. Then please click “Connect” to continue.

6. If the login process is successful, a pop-up status will appear indicating that the login process has been successful and will automatically be redirected to the main page of the Undiksha website.

7. Enjoy Undiksha Harmoni’s free Wi-Fi service.

How do I log out of the Undiksha hotspot service?

It should be noted that this E-Ganeha/SSO account can be used on multiple devices, a maximum of three active logins are permitted on three different devices by logging in using the same account.

What if the user has used and is still active on three different devices? The consequence is that the user cannot use the hotspot anymore, so the solution is to log out on the device that is connected to the Undiksha hotspot service.

So how do you log out of the Undiksha Harmoni Wi-Fi service?

Users of the Undiksha Harmoni Wifi service can use the hotspot logout feature to end the Undiksha hotspot connection, in full you can follow the following method:

1. Make sure the device is still connected to the Undiksha Harmoni network, the user can open the addresshttp://hotspot.undiksha.ac.id/status
2. Then the connected account status page will appear, please click the log-off button.
   

Can’t log in to the UNDIKSHA HARMONI hotspot

For login hotspots, Undiksha can use a username and password that is active on the Undiksha SSO system. Before reporting a problem, please check first whether the username & password have been entered correctly.

If the password and username The SSO entered is correct, but you still can’t log in, so hotspot service users are expected to reset the Undiksha SSO account password independently.
