Ganesha University of Education Conducts Public Test of Final Project/Thesis/Thesis/Dissertation System

In preparation for the implementation of the system, at the Meeting Room of Ganesha III Rectorate on Tuesday (11/4) a Public Test of the Final Assignment/Thesis/Thesis/Dissertation Information System took place. The activity was opened directly by Undiksha Vice Chancellor 1, Prof. Dr. Gede Rasben Dantes., M.Ti, and attended by all leaders within Undiksha including Deputy Dean 1, Deputy Director 1, Head of AKPK Bureau, Head of UPT ICT, Head of Department, Coordinator of Study Programs, Coordinator of Academic Section and related system development team.

The public test aims to ensure the reliability and performance of the final project information system before it is widely used. The final project information system has gone through a fairly long development stage and involved various related parties. It is hoped that by going through the public test it can provide input and suggestions for the development of a better final project information system in the future, so that later it can be widely used within Undiksha.

In his remarks, the Head of UPT ICT Undiksha said that this final project information system was one of Undiksha’s efforts to improve the quality of education and services to students. It is hoped that with this information system, the process of submitting, processing, and filing final assignments can run more effectively and efficiently.

In the public test, the study program coordinator was invited to try and provide feedback on the features available in the final assignment information system. With hope, if there is a bug and input, the development team will immediately follow up on this, so that the system will be widely used in the near future.

The public test of the final assignment information system is expected to make a positive contribution to improving the quality of student final assignments at Undiksha and speeding up the administration process and evaluation of the final assignment.
