To complete the documentation of the systems that have been published by UPT ICT on the e-Ganesha service, on Tuesday (3/8) all staff and the documentation team from the students of the Information Systems Study Programme held discussions and compiled centralized documents. The activity lasted for two days, taking place in the UPT ICT Video Conference room.

Starting the activity, the opening greetings and job resumes will be carried out by all staff. The opening of the activity was carried out by the Head of UPT ICT, I Ketut Resika Arthana, S.T., M.Kom. and accompanied by the secretary of UPT ICT Ida Komang Widhiarjaya, S.T., M.Pd.

Based on the distribution, there are 17 information systems that will be documented, namely the Picaku System, Smart Payment, Mobile TTE, Diploma Legalization, PLP/PPL. Data Center, Independent Community Service, Performance, e-Voting, Strengthening SIAK-NG., Synchronizing and Backup of Data, Lecturer SKP, Link/Go Undiksha, PPDB School Lab, Strengthening Silidia, Strengthening Remuneration System, and SIAK-NG.

System documentation consists of five parts including design documentation, design implementation documentation, operation documentation, maintenance documentation and operation documentation. Each staff works as a team and has group work responsibilities. Specifically, programme documentation is carried out by programmers, system testing/evaluation is carried out by the network team and the overall system documentation will be completed by students and the helpdesk team.

Through this activity, it is hoped that the Undiksha system documentation will be better and useful to assist analysts in developing a system documentation information system, and also useful for financial statement examiners (auditors) in conducting the audit process, especially financial statement audits. This system documentation will be very useful for agencies as a guidebook for operations/business activities, and for implementing and describing policies related to business activities for programmers, subsequent system developers and Undiksha.
