Ganesha Education University’s UPT ICT held a Workshop on Strengthening the Tri Hita Karana Philosophy, the activity took place from 22 to 24 November with two implementation locations. The first and second days took place at the Sindhu Bali Beach & Resort Hotel, Sanur, Badung Regency, by presenting resource persons and at the same time opening the activity by Deputy Chancellor 1 Undiksha Dr. Gede Rasben Dantes, S.T., M.T.I.
Accompanied by the Chair of UPT ICT, I Ketut Resika Arthana, S.T., M.Kom., Undiksha Deputy Chancellor 1 delivered a presentation on the topic “To hit three times, compass of awareness-based technology“. In his speech, WR 1 expressed his appreciation for UPT ICT which has helped in developing technology at Undiksha, and hopes that it will always be improved and supported by good government.
The materials presented are related to implementation skill technology at UPT ICT, a small discussion regarding resumes of activities that have been carried out and job evaluations became the main discussion. On this occasion, he also hoped that the system could change the work culture at Undiksha, it was hoped that various work challenges in the future could be immediately overcome by carrying out upgrading capability and skill by UPT ICT staff.
On the same occasion, there were several things to note in this workshop, such as:
- The 2019 work plan regarding network installation for 2020 implementation has been achieved with the installation of 313 network devices, spread throughout the Undiksha area.
- In 2020, implementation and development will continue at command centers, supported by Icon Plus and the UPT ICT team.
- In the future, Undiksha hopes that the urgent system can be assisted in development.
- Because faculties do not develop their own systems, it is hoped that faculties that will develop systems must verify and validate through UPTTIK.
- Preparation of system development SOP (requirement and specifications).
The second day was filled with a series of evaluations of UPT ICT activities in 2020 and plans for the UPT ICT work program for 2021 to 2022. Meanwhile, the third day ended with praying with the entire UPT ICT team at several temples in Nusa Penida.
