UPT ICT as the technical implementation unit that coordinates the development and implementation of information systems and information technology within the Ganesha University of Education is obliged to ensure the integrity and security of Undiksha data.

Based on these functions and duties, on Wednesday (5/5) we were welcomed by the Head of UPT ICT (I Ketut Resika Arthana, S.T., M.Kom.), Secretary of UPT ICT (Ida Komang Widhiarjaya, S.T., M.Pd.) and the helpdesk team (Putu Wendy Ariyani, S.Pd.) received a visit from the Faculty of Languages ??and Arts represented by the Head of Academic Affairs (Nyoman Doddy Widhiastana, ST., M.M.) and the FBS IT team (I Made Darmana, S.Pd.) in order to acquisition of the FBS alumni system.

Previously, FBS had developed an alumni and study tracer system with the assistance of third parties. The system is ready to be used under the Undiksha subdomain. In order to maintain system security, technical and business process verification is carried out first to ensure the security of the system and user data.

Based on the results of discussions between UPT ICT and FBS, it was agreed that the study tracer used is still the Undiksha study tracer system which is accessed on the pagehttps://tracer-study.undiksha.ac.id, specifically for the job vacancy system and alumni list, you can use the system currently being developed by FBS.
