UPT ICT Implements Data Consolidation for Remuneration Context

Several team representatives from UPT ICT and employees from several units who joined in supporting the implementation of Undiksha’s remuneration, today, Thursday, (27/6) held a data consolidation meeting. The activity was held in the meeting room of the UPT ICT Building and took place from 14.00 WITA. Participants who attended this activity consisted of 3 units, namely UPT ICT, Personnel Unit, and HTL. Several things are the focus of this meeting, namely adjustments to decrees issued on the Shakuntala system, adjustments to structural positions/ranks/classes of lecturers, and other important things in remuneration data.

As in previous years, the implementation of the remuneration preparation process was carried out by completing data sourced from 4 main systems, namely the Shakuntala System (SK), Performance System (research and service), Academic Information System (agenda and attendance), Lecturer System (adjustment of ranks/goals). In supporting the implementation of remuneration, UPT ICT helps facilitate the remuneration system which can be accessed via the page https://remunerasi.undiksha.ac.id.
