UPT ICT Holds Socialization of e-Ganesha System and Fills Out KRS for Undiksha New Students in 2018

A series of Campus Life Orientation (OKK) activities for Undiksha new students, took place at the Ganesha Education University Auditorium building on Wednesday, (14/8) UPT ICT carried out online socialization of the KRS implementation system and flow.

This orientation activity aims to provide an introduction to the systems that new students will use in lectures and information/understanding regarding the procedures for preparing students’ online Study Plan Cards (KRS) which are carried out at the beginning of each semester. The socialization activity started from 07.30 to 10.00 WITA, representing the Deputy Chancellor I of Undiksha who was unable to attend, the material presentation was delivered by Ida Komang Widhiarjaya, S.T., M.Pd and accompanied by Nyoman Yoga Setiawan, S.ST., M.Kom.

In front of thousands of students present, the UPT ICT team began to present an overview of the academic process taking place at Ganesha University of Education. This activity closed with a discussion about the implementation of online KRS, students seemed very enthusiastic about the presentation of the material and were active in discussions.

Through this socialization activity, there are several things that new Undiksha students need to pay attention to:

  1. The implementation of the compilation of KRS is carried out from 6 to 16 August 2018 online at SIAK Undiksha via the page https://si.undiksha.ac.id or via the e-Ganesha mobile app.
  2. Students must consult with the Academic Advisor (PA), if it has been approved by the Academic Advisor (PA), students are required to request validation of the KRS draft that has been prepared.
  3. Inputting Academic Advisors (PA), course offerings, and class offerings are carried out by each faculty. If the academic advisor offers courses/classes that have not been submitted, please immediately report to the academic department of the faculty.
