Singaraja – Located in the meeting room ICT Undiksha, on Thursday (11/8) a meeting was held between the Rectorate’s Academic Section represented by Mr. Nyoman Mudana, S.Sos., M.Pd. with the Head of UPT ICT, Head of Information Systems Division and Data Center Division Staff, with the aim of discussing updating and synchronizing data, as well as developing features in the Importer Feeder System.

Based on data reporting techniques, SectUndiksha Academic proposes adjustments to course reporting in the Undiksha feeder system.

Some adjustments such as PPL, Real PPL, KKN, and Thesis reporting for reporting to the Center only require reporting the list of courses and course participants. Meanwhile, specifically the lecturers teaching in this course will not be reported (because there are no lecturers listed) and the lecturers’ reporting has been input into student activities (AKM).

Based on the results of the joint discussion, another proposal is adding features to speed up reporting and monitoring data accurately and efficiently. There are adjustments and additions to features such as adjustments to import and export data, adding features to indicate that the data has been updated, adding details of lecture modes (in the form of online, offline, and mixed lectures), and adding graduate export features to the feeder system.

From the meeting that has been held, UPT ICT Undiksha will immediately follow up on the adjustments that have been discussed with:

1. Request the Academic Rectorate to release a decree for creating an operator account.
2. Hold a discussion with Vice Chancellor 1 to discuss MPK across study programs and the mechanism for determining course supervisors (determined at the beginning or end).
3. The addition of lecture mode features and lecture scope will immediately be followed up by the relevant programmer (Information Systems Division).
4. The addition of the graduate export feature will be handled by the Data Center Division.

For further discussion, it is planned that UPT ICT together with the Undiksha Academic Section will invite all faculty operators on 16-17 August 2022 in the UPT ICT Undiksha Video Conference room.
