UPT ICT Designs Undiksha Issue Management System (MISSU)

On Thursday (21/7), the Information Systems Development Team represented by Made Yuda Sadewa, S.Pd carried out a demonstration of the Undiksha Issue Management System. The demonstration which took place in the UPT ICT Video Conference room was attended by the Chair and Members of each Division.

The procurement, design, and development of the MISSU system started from the problems faced by the Helpdesk and Documentation division in processing and responding to issues/problems/complaints.

Previously issues and complaints that came in through the Helpdesk and Documentation divisions were not well documented, so it was not possible to know the quantity, and time when complaints were received and responded to. The system developed by the Information Systems division functions as an alternative for complaints about problems that occur when using the existing system at Undiksha.

It is hoped that with the creation of the MISSU system, it can become an alternative for recording and documenting problems received by the Undiksha UPT ICT Helpdesk and Documentation Division.
