UPA ICT Undiksha Holds Workshop to Increase Lecture Schedule Efficiency and Room Use

Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) continues to strengthen its commitment to improving the quality of learning in the campus environment by holding workshops aimed at monitoring learning activities and room use recorded in the Academic Information System (SIAK). This workshop was attended by Information Technology (IT) operators and equipment/State-Owned Agency (BMN) sub-divisions with the aim of increasing efficiency and accuracy in managing lecture schedules and room use at universities, on Monday (18/09/2023).

Several suggestions, obstacles, and input from various faculties and study programs represented by IT Operators in this workshop became the main focus in efforts to improve the system. Here are some of the entries revealed:

In this workshop, participants from various work units had active discussions to find appropriate solutions and improvements to ensure SIAK reflects the real situation in the field. It is hoped that with the various improvements proposed, the management of lecture schedules and room use at Undiksha will be more efficient and accurate, providing a better learning experience for all students and lecturers. Undiksha is committed to continuing to innovate and improve the quality of learning in the future.
