Singaraja, 20 November 2023 – The Information and Communication Technology Academic Support Unit (UPA ITIK) ??at Ganesha Education University (Undiksha) continues to be committed to improving the quality of information systems in the campus environment. In line with the 2023 performance target, the Undiksha Information Systems Division held a meeting to discuss the design and preparation of the 2023 Information Systems development report.

This activity is a mandatory step taken by UPA ICT to measure and evaluate the percentage of performance achievement of Information Systems Division staff. The main focus of this meeting includes reporting on innovation and information system development that has been carried out throughout 2023. Various aspects, such as adding features, updating tools, integration between systems, appropriate distribution procedures, technical documentation, and innovation planning for 2024, are the main highlights.

One of the important points in this activity is increasing the individual skills of Information Systems Division staff. Through necessary training and such, it is hoped that staff can continue to develop themselves. This is not only a personal obligation but also supports the achievement of performance targets for the Information Systems Division as a whole. This plan will be implemented by ensuring that training and skill improvement reported by staff will receive a response and facilitation from UPA ICT.

The Head of UPA ICT Undiksha, in his direction, also gave an appeal to all Information Systems Division staff to actively provide ideas and suggestions. Staff involvement in providing input is considered crucial for designing UPA ICT’s future strategic steps. In this way, it is hoped that the innovations and improvements made can be more relevant to the needs and expectations of information system users in the Undiksha environment.

This meeting created a platform for Information Systems Division staff to share experiences, evaluate achievements, and plan future steps. With a collaborative spirit, Undiksha together with UPA ICT Undiksha continues to strengthen its position as an educational institution committed to the effective and innovative use of information technology.
