Transfer of Knowledge-Ganesha Education University (Undiksha) and Palangka Raya University (UPR) Discuss the Implementation of Electronic Signatures (TTE)

Singaraja – The Information and Communication Technology Academic Support Unit of Ganesha Education University (Undiksha) and Palangka Raya University (UPR) held an online meeting in the framework of the Knowledge Transfer Discussion (UPA ICT) to discuss the use of Electronic Signatures (TTE) in the world of higher education. This meeting became a platform for the two universities to share knowledge and experience regarding the implementation of TTE.

In the discussion, UPR revealed its plans to implement TTE within its university environment. UPR representatives expressed their desire to collaborate with the Electronic Certification Agency (BSRE) regarding the implementation of TTE. He stated that the implementation of TTE in UPR is expected to bring efficiency in various aspects, including administration, legalization of documents, and collaboration between institutions.

Undiksha, which has successfully implemented TTE in various systems such as Shakuntala, Siak, and SiakNG, TTE Undiksha, as well as the diploma legalization system, shared experiences regarding the agreement mechanism and submission of TTE to BSRE. In its explanation, Undiksha conveyed the procedures that have been carried out to ensure the security and validity of TTE in every transaction.

“The implementation of TTE at Undiksha has had a positive impact on the efficiency and speed of the administrative process. “We are ready to share our experience and knowledge with UPR to support the implementation of TTE at the university,” said the Head of UPA ICT Undiksha, I Ketut Resika Arthana, S.T., M.Kom.

UPR also asked questions regarding the mechanism for implementing TTE into the system through programmers. Undiksha provided an in-depth explanation of the technical steps that have been taken in integrating TTE into their systems. It is hoped that this technical discussion can help UPR in preparing and implementing TTE effectively in their campus environment.

This meeting ended with an agreement to continue to collaborate between Undiksha and UPR in terms of TTE utilization. Both of them hope that the implementation of TTE will provide significant benefits in administrative efficiency and ease of access to information in the campus environment.
