Information on the Use of the Undiksha Mailing System

In order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of administration within Undiksha, then start 3 April 2023 all correspondence management within Undiksha must use the Undiksha Mailing System. Through the Undiksha Mail system, you can receive and archive letters electronically, post from anywhere and at any time, facilitate disposition tracking, initial and sign electronically, and be integrated with borrowing space.
