In a series of preparations for graduation registration for the November 2019 period, Ganesha University of Education carried out socialization on the implementation of the repository system for UPT Library editors. The activity took place on Tuesday (15/10) in the Video Conference room, Undiksha UPT ICT Building, with all employees in the UPT Library environment participating directly starting at 10.00 WITA. The presentation of the socialization material was delivered by the Undiksha ICT UPT Team, namely Gede Aditra Pradnyana, S.Kom., M.Kom, which included a presentation on system introduction, system operation practicum, and discussion.

The repository system is a storage service for scientific works and primary data from research results, which is useful as a data source for research reproduction and data reuse. A repository system can take the form of an archive, for example, a research paper. Apart from that, it can also be used to store images, research data, and sound in digital form. Implementing a repository system using EPrint, EPrints is a digital library application that is simple and can be easily managed. Apart from that, EPrints is integrated with metadata and is capable of advanced search and other features.

Based on an academic circular, the implementation of this system will be used directly by graduates of the November 2019 period. The system can be accessed on the website pagehttp://repo.undiksha.ac.id by logging in using the username and password that the student already has. In general, this system will be used by two users. The first user is a student as a prospective graduate, while the second user is a UPT library operator as the editor. Before registering for graduation, prospective graduates are required to upload their final project/thesis/thesis/dissertation files to the Undiksha Repository System. The file upload flow can be seen in the following image:
