Filipino Students Complete International PKL at UPA ICT Undiksha: Expanding Information and Communication Technology Knowledge in an Academic Environment

Cymon Vasquez Abarsolo, a student from the Holy Cross of Davao College, Philippines, has completed his international Field Work Practice (PKL) program at the Information and Communication Technology Academic Support Unit (UPA ICT) at Ganesha University of Education, Bali, Indonesia, Thursday (11/5 ).
During the PKL period which lasted 2 weeks, Cymon had the opportunity to be involved and interact with activities and service programs from UPA ICT for the academic community. He also studied information technology governance, and information and communication service delivery in an academic environment.
Cymon expressed his joy over the experience he had while undergoing street vendors at Undiksha. He feels he has broadened his knowledge and skills in the field of information and communication technology and gained valuable insights into the governance of technology in an academic environment. This experience is certainly a unique thing to bring back to his country.
The Head of UPA ICT Undiksha, I Ketut Resika Arthana, S.T., M.Kom, also thanked Cymon for his contribution while undergoing street vendors at UPA Tik. According to him, Cymon’s participation brought added value to UPA ICT and Undiksha in the development and development of the Undiksha website in the Webometrics event.

Foreign Cooperation is also one of the supporters in the development and expansion of Undiksha Information in the international sphere. Great hope for the future, UPA Tik remains one of the Units entrusted with the success of the Internationalization at Home Program which has been going on since 2019.
