Announcement of Procedures for Using the Undiksha Internet in 2021

Together with this letter, it is conveyed to the entire Undiksha community regarding changes to procedures for using the internet, as follows:

  1. Starting in 2021, the Wi-Fi/SSID name used for internet connections is Undiksha Harmony. Other WiFi/SSIDs (such as Unify Undiksha, etc.) can no longer connect to the internet. Please use your respective internet username and password to log in. The maximum number of devices that can be connected to 1 e-Ganesha account is a maximum of 3 devices.
  2. If you have problems with your internet connection (slow or failed connection) please immediately contact the UPT ICT helpdesk.
  3. If the location/room you work in is in the Undiksha area, there is no Wi-Fi/SSID nameUndiksha Harmony, please contact the UPT ICT helpdesk to propose wifi installation, no later than January 26, 2021.
  4. If you have a special activity that requires internet priority, please contact the UPT ICT helpdesk by including the name of the activity, start and end date, name, and cellphone number of the person responsible.
