1,892 Participants Carry out UTBK SNBT 2023 at Ganesha University of Education

The implementation of the Computer Based Writing Examination (UTBK) Batch 1 officially starts Monday, (8/5/2023) and will last until May 13, 2023. As one of the UTBK Centers, Undiksha is scheduled to hold 11 test sessions which will take place in 8 rooms spread across the environment of Undiksha Singaraja, namely the Language and Arts Faculty Room, Faculty of Economics 1, Faculty of Economics 2, FTK (MI Lab), UPT ICT West Lab, UPT ICT East Lab, UPT ICT Lab ULB and UPT ICT Basic Lab. A total of 1,892 participants from various regions in Bali will carry out the test at Undiksha in this UTBK Batch 1.

Participation in UTBK is the main requirement for participating in the Test-Based National Selection (SNBT) at Academic PTN, Vocational PTN, and State Islamic Religious College (PTKIN). This selection path is open to students graduating in 2021, 2022, and 2023 from secondary education (SMA/MA/SMK and equivalent), as well as graduates of Package C in 2021, 2022, and 2023 with a maximum age of 25 years (as of 1 July 2023).

In one day the implementation of the 2023 UTBK-SNBT consists of two sessions, namely the morning session and the afternoon session. The morning session is held at 07.45 – 11.30 WITA, while the afternoon session is held at 13.30 – 17.15 WITA. The UTBK material tested is the Scholastic Potential Test (TPS) which includes general reasoning abilities, quantitative abilities, general knowledge and understanding, and the ability to understand reading and writing. In addition, there are also literacy tests in Indonesian and English, as well as Mathematical Reasoning Tests.

The examination on Monday (8/5) at the Ganesha University of Education UTBK Center was attended by 186 participants with details of 93 present and 2 absent in each session 1 and session 2 exams.

As previously informed, UTBK participants are expected to be present no later than 30 minutes before the schedule to enter the exam room and are required to bring the 2023 UTBK Participant Card and other documents requested by the committee. To maintain the safety of participants, the Undiksha UTBK Center still requires participants to wear masks and follow the applicable health protocols.
