The Chair and Staff of the ICT UPT for information systems and helpdesk services attended the Undiksha Postgraduate Meeting Room, on Monday (25/1) in order to evaluate and fulfill the invitation to prepare for using the Undiksha SIAP system.
The activity took place from 09.00 – 11.00 WITA and was also attended by all Undiksha Postgraduate IT leaders and teams. In this activity, the UPT ICT and Postgraduate teams carried out a discussion on the results of the system development that had been developed by the Postgraduate to be adopted in the title application process until the final stage of the final work (thesis/dissertation).
On this occasion, the user manual and technical equipment requirements were also presented. The Chairman of UPT ICT on this occasion validated the product regarding its feasibility and usefulness. It is planned that the system will be managed directly by Postgraduate and will begin to be used immediately for better administration and to facilitate services to Postgraduate students in the future.
