Ganesha Education University’s ICT UPT held Website Use Training which was held on Wednesday, October 18 2017 at the East Lab of ICT UPT, Floor II, Ganesha Education University Campus. This training activity invited all unit and faculty representatives as website managers under the auspices of the Ganesha University of Education. Apart from that, this activity was also attended by the head of the Undiksha website team, I Dewa Gede Budi Utama, S.Pd., M.Hum., accompanied directly by the secretary and the Undiksha Information and Communication Technology Technical Implementation Unit team.

The training activity began with an introduction to the website that had been published by the UPT ICT team and then filled with training on content filling and website management procedures. The main objective of implementing this training is to improve Undiksha’s webometrics position, especially in increasing the number of visits to each website and active publication of activities carried out by each institution/faculty within Undiksha. So that in the future it is hoped that the search for and dissemination of information about news, activities, and events that have been, are being, and will be held at the Ganesha University of Education will be more easily accessible and quickly known to the entire academic community and the public.

Through this training activity, it is hoped that website managers under the Undiksha domain will begin to play an active role in providing progress for the university, especially in website management, so that in the future the website content will be more updated in presenting better and more interesting information and the hope of better institutional accreditation will soon be realized.
