To improve and strengthen the e-Ganesha system services that have been launched by Undiksha, the Information and Communication Technology Technical Implementation Unit (UPT ICT) carries out information system and network training activities for employees at the Ganesha University of Education. The training activity was opened directly by the Head of UPT ICT Yota Ernanda Aryanto, S.Kom., M.T., Ph.D. at the UPT ICT Video Conference Room (20/9).
The training activities were divided into two groups and used 2 rooms located in the UPT ICT building, namely the video conference room and the east lab room. Apart from being a place for discussion based on the results of the system development that has been developed, the information system training activity aims to teach directly about the technicalities of filling out the Legal and Administrative System (SHAKUNTALA) which includes the login process, the process of scanning SK/institutional documents and uploading the results of the SK issue into the SHAKUNTALA Undiksha website. Apart from information systems training, UPT ICT through the infrastructure and network division team also provides network training for IT employees in the Undiksha environment. This material presentation and direct network practicum were held to teach troubleshooting/problem solving if a network/computer problem is found in each faculty/unit.
The Legal and Administrative Application System is a system used to record SK documents, institutional documents, and assignment letters. Documents that have been entered directly will mark members who join in the decision letter/institutional document that has been issued by the relevant official. In the future, this system will be very important in determining remuneration, SKP/BKD, and determining other system requirements.
Through a circular letter from the Chancellor of Ganesha University of Education, several supporting data in the form of decrees will be input directly by the unit that issued the decree. Considering that this activity is very important to carry out in supporting the process of using the system in the future, (especially considering that in 2018 the Ganesha University of Education implemented the Information Technology year) it is hoped that the process of recording institutional documents can be completed soon.
