Today, Tuesday, September 10, 2019, in the Video Conference Room of the UPT TIK Undiksha Building, socialization activities are taking place which are divided into two parts, namely the first is filled with the introduction of the employee monitoring system, and the second is continued with the introduction of the e-Ganesha system. The activity was attended by 15 Undiksha contract employees with the socialization resource being carried out by the Head of UPT ICT I Ketut Resika Arthana, S.T., M.Kom. and UPT ICT Secretary Ida Komang Widhiarjaya, S.T. accompanied by a programmer.

The activity, which is planned to be carried out starting at 09.30 WITA, has been attended by each of the socialization participants since 09.00 WITA. There are several things conveyed in this socialization activity, namely firstly regarding the flow of implementing employee SKP input such as SKP appraiser information, preparation of performance targets, input for SKP realization employees, behavioral value data, and submission of assessments through the simonitoring system and print reports. And then socialization of the e-Ganesha system and other services. The activity, which lasted until 11.15 WITA, was also filled with a question and answer session.

For information, simonitoring is a system that records and monitors the performance achievements of Ganesha Education University employees. Each Undiksha employee makes a daily performance report with realizations according to predetermined targets. Especially for new employees who receive socialization today, their respective data will then be input by Undiksha staff into the Undiksha Employee system, then an email and e-Ganesha account will be created so they can access all system services.
