Taking place at the Puri Saron Hotel, Buleleng District, on Thursday (10/12) UPT ICT Undiksha held an FGD activity in order to strengthen various support systems in Undiksha’s remuneration. This activity, which started at 09.00 WITA, invited the entire UPTTIK Team and the operational section of the e-Ganesha support system. The activity was attended and opened directly by the Head of the General and Finance Bureau, Ni Luh Wayan Yasmiati, SH representing the Chancellor who was unable to attend.
In his speech, he expressed many hopes for UPT ICT and the rectorate regarding system development, not only the remuneration system but also regarding our direction in obtaining an ISO certificate. On this occasion, Mrs. Kabiro also expressed her gratitude for the plans to go to ISO and hoped that the activities would run smoothly.
This activity, which was attended by dozens of people with the implementation of the COVID-19 protocol, was then continued with various events, namely
- Discussion of SOPs and UPT ICT Governance by the Head of UPT ICT,
- Remuneration System FGD invited I Wayan Adi Sparta, S.Pd. M. Kom.,
- FGD on Employee Monitoring and Attendance Systems by Ida Komang Widhiarjaya, S.T., M.Pd., and
- The Undiksha Financial System FGD invited I Putu Mahendra Adi Wardana S.Pd., M.Kom.
In discussing the SOP and UPTTIK Governance, Chairman of UPT ICT I Ketut Resika Arthana, S.T., M.Kom. conveyed that this activity aims to test the validity of not only the remuneration system but other systems that follow sub-systems such as performance, remuneration, and sipepeng.
“UPT ICT is tasked with being a system developer, while the data and its use are handed over to the respective stakeholders. “Even though each of us is tasked with developing the system, we have to ensure that what the system does is truly maintained and its security is guaranteed,” said the Informatics Engineering Education lecturer.
In delivering material on UPT ICT Topics and Governance in 2021, it was revealed that UPT ICT will move towards the ISO:9001 standard so that later the target is that all activities at UPT ICT must be based on SOPs and work instructions.
“In 2021, apart from focusing on governance towards ISO 9001, we are also targeted to develop a system that supports Key Performance Indicators (IKU), including information system security, utilizing big data as data science to support leaders in decision making,” he added.
On the same occasion, the Chair of UPT ICT also expressed his gratitude to the Chancellor, represented by the General and Financial Bureau, because UPT ICT activities are always supported in implementing innovations implemented at Undiksha so that several information systems and other activities run very smoothly.
