Singaraja, February 10, 2025 – In a continuous effort to enhance the quality of online learning services, Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha), through its Information and Communication Technology Academic Support Unit (UPA TIK), held a meeting to discuss updates to the  E-Learning system. The meeting, held in the office of the Vice Chancellor , was directly reviewed by Undiksha’s Vice Chancellor 1, Prof. Dr. Gede Rasben Dantes, S.T., M.T.I., Head of Undiksha UPA TIK Undiksha, I Ketut Resika Arthana, S.T., M.Kom., and Head of the Center for Media and Learning Resources Development, Prof. Dr. I Gde Wawan Sudatha, S.Pd., S.T., M.Pd. UPA TIK staff involved in the development of the E-Learning system integrated with the Academic Information System (SIAK) were also in attendance.

One of the main updates to the E-Learning system is its direct integration with the Academic Information System, allowing for more efficient course creation and management. With this new feature, lecturers and students can access and manage learning materials in a more practical and structured manner.

In addition to feature enhancements, the meeting also discussed plans to familiarize lecturers and students with the updated system to ensure its optimal use. The preparation of digital guides, training sessions, and usage procedures will be arranged to facilitate a smooth transition to the new system.

This update is expected to further support digital-based learning at Undiksha and foster a more modern and integrated academic ecosystem. UPA TIK Undiksha remains committed to advancing technological innovations to enhance the quality of educational services.
