Located in Ganesha International Room 3, Undiksha Rectorate building, on Monday (4/6) Undiksha Deputy Chancellor I, Prof. Dr. Ida Bagus Arnyana, M.Si representing the Chancellor of Undiksha launched 14 new information systems that are integrated with e-Ganesha services. The launching activity was attended by Deputy Chancellor III (Dr. I Gusti Ngurah Pujawan, M.Kes), Deputy Chancellor IV (Drs. Wayan Suarnajaya, M.A., Ph.D.), Head of Bureau, Head of Institution, Head of UPT ICT Undiksha, Dean of Faculty, Head of Department/Head of Study Program, LP3M Team, UPT ICT Team and Head of Ormawa in the Undiksha environment.
In his speech, Vice Chancellor I Undiksha said that the use of systems at Undiksha could run and be utilized by all academics.
“Through these systems, we will promote Undiksha to become an A-accredited higher education institution,” said Deputy Chancellor I Undiksha, Prof. Dr. Ida Bagus Arnyana, M.Sc.
Furthermore, the Head of UPT ICT, Kadek Yota Ernanda Aryanto, S.Kom., M.T., Ph.D. conveyed 14 of the latest information systems to support Undiksha academic community services consisting of Undiksha email with G-Suite services, Employee Monitoring Information System, Executive Dashboard, Student Information System, Helpdesk Information System, Collaboration System, CBT System, Undiksha Accreditation System, Eproceeding, KKN Information System, PKL Information System, PPL Information System, Tracer Study, and Undiksha Mobile App.
Previously, E-Ganesha was officially launched by the Chancellor of Undiksha for the first time on Monday, July 17, 2017, and launched 10 integrated systems to support the academic community.
“The systems that can be used in the future are 24 systems, some systems need to be adjusted to the needs of the center and so on. “From the list of 40 Undiksha systems, some are still being developed, then 14 systems launched today,” said the Head of UPT ICT, Kadek Yota Ernanda Aryanto, S.Kom., M.T., Ph.D in his presentation.
Apart from the 14 information systems that were launched, there are still other information systems that are also being developed, both new and strengthening existing systems.
“Now the era is digital, it can no longer be done manually. The system already exists and the houses have been made, let’s take advantage of it,” said Vice Chancellor I when launching the system.
