Singaraja – Registration for new student admissions for the National Achievement Based Selection (SNBP) route for the 2024/2025 academic year officially closes on February 28 at 15.00 WIB. To ensure the correctness and suitability of participant achievement data, Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) will continue the process by carrying out thorough verification.

To respond to the closing of registration, Undiksha announced that the achievement data verification process will be carried out by each Faculty, Department, and Study Program (prodi) according to the study program chosen by the prospective selection participants. This was expressed in the socialization of the SNBP Achievement Verification Mechanism which was attended by the Deputy Dean I of the Faculty, Head of Department, and Coordinator of Study Programs within Undiksha, Wednesday (06/03/2024).

Deputy Chancellor I Undiksha, Prof. Dr. Gede Rasben Dantes, S.T., M.T.I. emphasized the importance of verifying this achievement, “Input errors by prospective participants can occur because data is directly input without verification. “This verification is crucial to ensure the credibility of the competition organizers and provide more opportunities for students with superior achievements.”

This socialization also includes an explanation of the general provisions for achievement assessment and the assessment mechanism as well as verification of achievement data of prospective selection participants through the selection system managed by Undiksha’s Academic Support Unit and Information and Communication Technology (UPA ICT). This aims to simplify and facilitate the verification process carried out by the study program to assess the suitability of prospective participants’ achievements.

In this context, UPA ICT Undiksha provides information regarding the achievement assessment stages and verification mechanisms. Achievement verification is considered very important to ensure fairness and provide equal opportunities for selection participants who have superior achievements.

With the importance of the achievement verification process, it is hoped that selection at the study program level will pay more attention to the validity of the achievements of prospective participants. It is hoped that this will provide greater opportunities for selection participants who have superior achievements to be accepted at Undiksha in the 2024/2025 academic year.
