Preparation Meeting for SNBT Re-registration System and Independent Admission Pathway at Undiksha 2024.

Singaraja – The UPA TIK Undiksha held a preparatory meeting to discuss updates to the re-registration system for new students admitted through the National Selection Based on Tests (SNBT) pathway, as well as preparations for the 2024 Independent Admission (SBMJM) registration on Thursday, June 6, 2024. This meeting was led by I Ketut Resika Arthana, S.T., M.Kom., Head of UPA TIK Undiksha, and attended by the Undiksha New Student Admission IT team.

During the meeting, the main focus was the readiness of the re-registration system for students who successfully pass through the SNBT pathway. The announcement of SNBT results is scheduled for June 13, 2024, and the system must be fully operational for Undiksha’s incoming students to access. The IT team and admissions committee emphasized aligning the system updates with the meeting’s resolutions to ensure optimal service and ease of access for re-registration.

Additionally, the meeting addressed preparations for Undiksha’s Independent Admission Pathway, which includes 3 selection routes; the SMBJM Path UTBK SNBT Score, the SMBJM Achievement Path, and the SMBJM Computer-Based Test (CBT) Path. Registration for the SMBJM Path UTBK Score and Achievement Path is scheduled for June 14 to 22, 2024, while the SMBJM CBT Path will open from June 14 to July 5, 2024.

The Head of UPA TIK Undiksha emphasized the importance of a reliable and accessible registration system for student candidates. The IT team has been working diligently to complete system development and ensure it meets the specific requirements of each selection pathway. With these preparations, the registration process is expected to proceed smoothly without technical issues.

Following the meeting, the IT team is expected to finalize preparations and conduct test runs prior to the registration date opening gate. All parties involved are committed to continuous cooperation to ensure the successful admission of new students in 2024.
