In preparation for promotion to Civil Servants at Ganesha University of Education, on Friday (3/6) at the UPT ICT meeting room a meeting took place between the Head of Civil Service I Made Karunia, S.T., M.Kom. with the Head of UPT ICT and related programmers.

The initial discussion discussed preparations and important matters related to the civil servant promotion process, with the scheme being implemented conventionally, so this year it is planned to be implemented online based on the system. The UPT ICT team was asked to help with development, with the hope that the application of digitalization to the personnel process can speed up the personnel service process so that the impact can be felt by all parties, both personnel managers and beneficiaries who are applying for the personnel service process.

The system scheme is similar to remuneration, the system will display a resume of civil servant performance achievements and assessment points that have been achieved. Then the system facilitates the process of applying for a promotion if all the conditions are met. During its development, the system will pull data from all related systems. With the development process which will be carried out immediately, the FGD is planned to be held in the first week of July.
