Undiksha’s Information and Communication Technology Technical Implementation Unit carried out Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activities from 29 November to 1 December 2022 at the Harris Kuta Galeria Hotel. With the topic of Optimizing IS/IT Security in the Undiksha environment, this activity presented two speakers from the Electronic Certification Center (BSrE), namely Taufiq Shokhiful Azhar, S.Tr.TP. and Ardian Budi Kusuma, S.Tr.TP with the hope of providing a human resource improvement program in the form of technical guidance in the implementation and use of TTE in the Undiksha environment.
The FGD was opened directly by the Head of General and Finance Bureau, Ni Luh Wayan Yasmiati, S.H., M.Pd, attended by the entire UPT ICT Team including the Head, Secretary, Division Head, and members. This FGD is a continuation of the agenda in optimizing the use of E-Office and TTE in the Undiksha environment which was previously held on November 23 2022 at the Bali Taman Hotel. The main objective of the activity is to evaluate the implementation of TTE use in the Undiksha environment in 2022.
I Ketut Resika Artana, S.T., M.Kom. emphasized his bottom line “WeUndiksha has collaborated with BSrE “Through a cooperation agreement that has been running for 3 years, Undiksha is very fortunate to be able to collaborate with BSrE and be facilitated at zero cost in implementing electronic certification in the form of Electronic Signatures (TTE) within Undiksha.”
“The implementation of TTE in the Undiksha environment has been running optimally, especially at the leadership level, but of course, in the future, the implementation of TTE in the Undiksha environment needs to be optimized and maximized again from the system and also from the management side,” he added.
Based on surveys conducted by BSRE on 26 October 2021, Undiksha still had homework in system development, namely in the use of E-Second Premmis and registration of several systems, therefore two speakers from BSrE were presented.
This activity is fully supported by the leadership with a commitment to implementing TTE in order to provide more effective and efficient services. Discussions on the implementation of TTE in Undiksha were also discussed, UPT ICT is currently in the process of implementing the latest TTE system and efforts to prevent TTE fraud.
By carrying out this FGD activity, it is hoped that it will be able to provide technical guidance on the optimal use of TTE to staff and programmers at UPT ICT so that they can develop better TTE and implement/use it optimally in the Undiksha environment.
