KUWERA System Development Coordination Meeting

The Information and Communication Technology Academic Support Unit (UPA ICT) held a coordination meeting in the context of developing the Kuwera system. The meeting was attended by a number of key stakeholders, including the Head of UPA ICT, the Secretary, Information Systems Division Staff, the Student Employment Team, and the Team from Kuwera, Friday, (13/10/2023).

Kuwera, which is the Kuwera Republic of Indonesia Employee Cooperative (KPRI) under the auspices of Undiksha, is an innovative management system that aims to increase the efficiency of data and resource management in the Kuwera cooperative. Today’s meeting aims to review system modules and adjust Kuwera’s needs based on input from potential users.

At today’s meeting, a demonstration was carried out by the UPA ICT programmer team. The demo aims to evaluate the extent to which Kuwera meets the needs of the campus and identify areas where improvements and adjustments are needed. The results of this demo show that several features need to be added and adjusted so that the system can be more effective and meet user expectations.

Today’s meeting reflects the institution’s strong commitment to continuing to improve the use of information technology to support education and efficient data management. The team from Kuwera stated that they were ready to prepare the data needed to support the formation and addition of new features.

Thus, the development of the Kuwera system will continue, with necessary adjustments and improvements to ensure that this system provides maximum benefits for all stakeholders in the campus environment.
