A total of 43 CPNS lecturers at Ganesha Education University in 2018 on Tuesday (16/7) attended the socialization of the e-Ganesha system which was held in the Video Conference (Vicon) room of the Undiksha UPT ICT Building. This activity is a series of orientation periods for lecturers who just received their decree on (18/7).

The socialization activity was attended and opened directly by Undiksha Deputy Chancellor 1 Dr. Gede Rasben Dantes, S.T., M.T.I., accompanied by the Head of the Personnel Department I Made Karunia, S.T., M.Kom., and the Head of UPT ICT I Ketut Resika Arthana, S.T., M.Kom. In his speech, Deputy Chancellor 1 introduced the existing system at Undiksha and its development

“Currently there are 44 Information Systems to support the university. In 2017, we can get good data from our system. “This is because users are starting to use it as optimally as possible,” he said.

On the same occasion, the Deputy Chancellor I hopes that, with the current conditions, we can do everything optimally, one of the tasks in the next semester is how we can contribute to the University, one of which is through publications. In the future, he revealed that the development of the university hopes to come from study programs, so it is hoped that e-learning can be utilized. Especially for new lecturers, are required to use e-learning in their learning.

After the speech was over, the activity continued with a system presentation by I Ketut Resika Arthana, S.T., M.Kom. There were several agendas for the event such as the introduction of the UPT ICT team, various system services along with operational functions and flows, data improvement flow and responsibilities, helpdesk services, and discussion of important matters related to information systems.

In the future, we all hope that the entire academic community will utilize all the systems that we have.
