Singaraja– Information Systems (SI) Division, Information and Communication Technology Academic Support Unit, Ganesha Education University held an important meeting on Monday (24/9/2023) to discuss targets that must be achieved in 2023 as well as adjustments to workflow in the new system.
In the meeting which took place in the Programmer Room, the Information Systems team focused on the various goals and targets that had been set for this year. This discussion includes an evaluation of progress towards achieving these targets and the steps that need to be taken to ensure successful achievement. This meeting involved the Head of UPA ICT Undiksha, the Head of the Information Systems division, and Programmer staff, exchanging ideas and strategies to optimize the performance of existing systems at Undiksha.
Apart from discussing targets, this meeting also focused attention on adapting the new system workflow. It is hoped that these changes in workflow will increase efficiency and productivity in managing information and technology at Undiksha. Discussions about these changes include remapping of key processes, increased integration between departments, and improvements in data management.
The Head of the SI Division, in his speech, emphasized the importance of adapting to technological developments and university needs. He explained that this meeting was the first step towards achieving the targets set for this year.
