Based on the schedule on2023/2024 Academic Calendar, we inform you again that the KRS repair period can begin 12 – 15 September 2023. Students who make mistakes in taking courses and lecture classes are expected to immediately make corrections.KRS repairs outside the specified schedule cannot be serviced again.
There are several stages in carrying out KRS improvements, namely as follows.
- For KRS that have validated, students are required to request invalid KRS from the Academic Advisor (PA)
- If KRS has a status invalid (INVALID), students should rearrange the KRS according to the courses that should be taken.
- The draft KRS that has been prepared must be consulted again with the Academic Supervisor (PA)
- KRS and KHS do not need to be asked for a wet signature
- Students who program KRS are required to ensure that KRS has been completed by the academic advisor at SIAK
In order to avoid invalidity of data in SIAK and data reporting Higher Education Database (PDDikti), it is hoped that students will prepare the KRS correctly and according to procedures. KRS that has not been validated will result in taking courses not being recorded in the list of course participants (DPK).
