On Wednesday, (8/8) UPT ICT Undiksha held a coordination meeting which was attended by the entire UPT ICT team. The meeting agenda discusses coordinating the management of the Ganesha University of Education server. The event was opened directly by the Head of UPT ICT Kadek Yota Ernanda Aryanto, S.Kom., M.T., Ph.D. and then guided by representatives of the infrastructure and network team A.A. Gede Yudhi Paramartha, S.Kom., M.Kom.

The meeting was held in the UPT-TIK Vicon room and started at 14.00 WIT. The atmosphere at the meeting was tense. The entire team held a hearing regarding server management managed by UPT ICT Undiksha.

Submission of the server design plan was delivered directly by A.A. Gede Yudhi Paramartha, S.Kom., M.Kom. who is also an informatics lecturer. In its delivery, the proposed server management has been tested previously and obtained better, faster, and more reliable results in time efficiency and server access speed.

Apart from discussing server management, there were also discussions regarding problems currently being faced by UPT ICT, hearing feedback on the implementation of information systems that have been running, and several other agendas regarding providing excellent UPT ICT services.

Furthermore, the infrastructure that has been designed will be implemented immediately and it is hoped that it will run better. Especially in supporting accessibility, efficiency, server security, and improving E-Ganesha system services to the academic community.
