Singaraja, 29 August 2023 – Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Academic Support Unit (UPA) held a discussion to discuss concrete steps regarding the provision of internet network services following the plan to move the Faculty of Engineering and Vocational Studies to the Jineng Dalem Campus.

The decision to move the Faculty of Engineering and Vocational Studies to the Jineng Dalem Campus has attracted the attention of various parties, especially in terms of supporting infrastructure which includes stable internet network services. In order to respond to this need, UPA ICT held internal discussions to formulate follow-ups in providing optimal internet network services.

In the discussion, various solutions and strategic steps were discussed to ensure the availability of smooth and fast internet access at the Jineng Dalem Campus. The team from UPA ICT considers technical, security, and network scalability aspects to meet the demands of lectures and academic activities within the faculty.

In an era that is increasingly dependent on information technology, the availability of a reliable internet network is crucial, especially in the higher education environment. UPA ICT also collaborates with Icon+ network service providers to ensure optimal and professional implementation. Concrete steps will be taken in the near future to ensure that when the Engineering and Vocational Faculty operates at the Jineng Dalem Campus, quality internet services will be properly available.
