An important meeting was held in the UPA ICT Undiksha Meeting Room, on Wednesday (13/09/2023), discussing grade and cluster adjustments in the remuneration system as the main concern. This meeting also discussed the importance of synchronizing Government Employee lecturer data with the new Work Agreement (PPPK) so that they can access the remuneration system at Undiksha.
During the meeting, a number of important agenda items were discussed, one of which was paying special attention to the need to adjust grades and clusters in the remuneration system, especially in the context of new positions at Undiksha such as Director of Resources and Learning (SDP). This step aims to ensure that the compensation given to workers at Undiksha is in accordance with their level of responsibility and contribution.
This meeting discussed the criteria that will be used to determine the appropriate grade and cluster for SDP positions and other changes in Undiksha’s organizational structure. Considerations include education, experience, impact on the institution, and level of responsibility assumed.
Apart from that, the importance of synchronizing PPPK lecturer data with the remuneration system at Undiksha was also emphasized. Technical and planning efforts were discussed to ensure that PPPK lecturers can access the remuneration system more smoothly.
This meeting produced an implementation plan that will guide the next steps in implementing grade and cluster adjustments and harmonizing PPPK lecturer data at Undiksha. The aim is to increase fairness in the remuneration system and provide proper recognition to PPPK employees and lecturers who play an important role in the development of Undiksha as a superior educational institution.
