Following up on the results of the previous E-Office system demo, on Friday (3/3), a review of the progress of the E-Office system was held in the Undiksha UPT TIK meeting room. The system was reviewed directly by the Head of UPT TIK I Ketut Resika Arthana, S.T., M.Kom. Discussion of incoming and outgoing mail registration is the main focus. The results of the MoM of the previous meeting are the reference material for the revision of the program developed by the UPT TIK programmer.

UPT TIK also developed an electronic mail module in the e-Ganesha mobile application to facilitate system operation and user convenience. Integration is currently being carried out, with functions similar to the mobile application version and the E-Office system (more simplified).

After revisions are completed, to ensure that the system has run according to development standards, the tester on duty will test the system.

Today’s activity demo is expected to provide various benefits for information system development ideas, especially helping in recording incoming and outgoing letters in the Ganesha University of Education environment to be more centralized / well documented. The planned socialization of the e-office system, which is scheduled for this March, can be carried out.
