Singaraja – The Information and Communication Technology Academic Support Unit (UPA ICT) of the Ganesha Education University (Undiksha) held an important discussion related to the development of digital invitations for professor inauguration activities. This meeting took place in the UPA ICT Undiksha Meeting Room on Wednesday, January 10, 2024, and was attended by the head of UPA ICT Undiksha, content management staff, and information systems division staff.
This meeting focused the discussion on technological innovations implemented in making digital invitations. This invitation is designed to be used in the inauguration activities for professors which will be held on January 15, 2024.
One of the main aspects discussed at the meeting was the digital invitation development process carried out by the Information Systems Division Staff. They shared their views and understanding regarding invitation design, functionality, and technology integration to ensure the successful implementation of the professor’s inauguration event.
The Head of UPA ICT Undiksha said, “We are committed to continuing to improve quality and efficiency in every academic aspect, including in the implementation of professor inauguration activities. Content Management Staff also said that the digital invitation design was developed taking into account user needs and ensuring ease of use. In this way, Prospective Professors can easily send invitations to interested parties to attend the scheduled inauguration event.
