Singaraja – The Academic Support Unit for Information and Communication Technology (UPA ICT) at Ganesha Education University (Undiksha) held an intensive discussion discussing the development and management of website content, on Thursday (11/01/2024). This activity took place in the UPA ICT Undiksha Meeting Room and was attended by several stakeholders, including the Head of UPA ICT Undiksha, the Head of the Content Management Division, Content Management Staff and attended by Prof. Dr. Ni Luh Putu Sri Adnyani, S.Pd., M.Hum.

This discussion aims to evaluate and update the content on the study program page on the Undiksha website. The Head of UPA ICT Undiksha was also present as an observer, while the Head of the Content Management Division and his staff made valuable contributions to designing a more effective and consistent content update strategy.

One of the important points in this discussion was the presence of Prof. Dr. Ni Luh Putu Sri Adnyani, S.Pd., M.Hum., who also contributed ideas and insights as the initiator of evaluation and renewal of study program content. Professor Adnyani underlined the importance of uniformity of information and usability of content in supporting prospective new students in choosing study programs that suit their interests and career goals.

“In facing new student admissions in 2024/2025, this evaluation and renewal step is very important. “We strive to present content that is informative, clear, and provides added value for prospective students,” said the Head of UPA ICT Undiksha.

These content updates are also aimed at improving the layout of information, adding relevant details, and improving overall accessibility. In this way, it is hoped that prospective new students can easily find the information they need to make the right decision regarding their choice of study program.

Remembering that the website is the first window for prospective students to get to know the university. Therefore, it is necessary to continue evaluating and updating content so that the website becomes a reliable source of information and supports prospective students’ decision-making.

The Undiksha website content update is expected to be completed on time, ahead of the 2024/2025 new student admission period. With these evaluation steps, Undiksha further strengthens its position as an educational institution that is progressive and responsive to the needs of its academic community.
