Taking place in the Video Conference room, Friday (27/5) the entire UPT ICT team held a joint discussion on the preparation of the SKP targets and work plans for 2022. The meeting was attended by the Head of UPT, Head of Division and all employees within the UPT ICT. The activity, which took place at 09.30 am GMT+8, became the first meeting on the side-lines of the UTBK SBMPTN activities and the PPG Selection Test which took place this month.

Employee Work Targets (SKP) are work plans and targets to be achieved by employees. SKP preparation is needed to measure individual and organizational performance. The meeting was chaired directly by the Head of UPT ICT, starting with the initial presentation of the 2022 work plan and Key Performance Index (KPI) information from each division, namely the information systems division, content and multimedia division, data division, helpdesk and documentation division. The activity was continued with the presentation of work targets by the division head and a description that must be written in the SKP submission in the system.
