With respect, in connection with policy changes from Google regarding the specifications of the services provided, Undiksha services that use Google Workspace for Education Fundamentals (email services, drive, classroom, meet, and so on on the domain@undiksha.ac.id and @student.undiksha.ac.id also underwent the following changes:

1. The maximum Google Drive quota for each user is 15 GB. For this reason, for those of you who store data that exceeds this amount, please make your own backup and delete the excess data on Google Drive. Undiksha’s Google Drive quota will be automatically adjusted starting July 1, 2022.
2. Use of Google Workspace for Education services is only for educational purposes, please do not store data that is not related to education (such as films, anime, games, and the like).
3. Email Undiksha (@undiksha.ac.id and @student.undiksha.ac.id) is only valid when you are an Undiksha student. Emails and Google Workspace for Education services will be deleted after 2 years of graduation.
4. To increase security, please always maintain and change your Undiksha email password
