Ganesha Education University (Undiksha) received a visit from Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University, on Wednesday (23/11) afternoon. This visit was in the context of a comparative study related to ICT and public relations services. The presence of the Untirta group was led by the Head of UPT. Smart Campus Data, Information and Services Center Anis Fuad, M.Sc. accompanied by a number of staff.

The visit was received by Vice Chancellor 1 Undiksha, Dr. Gede Rasben Dantes, S.T., M.T.I located in Ganesha Room 1 Rectorate, Activities sharing Undiksha’s ICT services are fast and open. Apart from being attended by the Head of UPT ICT, Division Heads, and staff, this activity also invited the Head of the Academic Bureau for Student Affairs, Planning, and Cooperation, as well as the Undiksha public relations team. Some of the topics discussed include Undiksha technology services, introduction to UPT ICT, network infrastructure management and data security, Undiksha support systems and electronic signatures, websites, and various other topics.

On the same occasion, UPT ICT also informed that in 2022 it will be certified to ISO 9001:2015. Various SOPs and work instructions were also discussed, At the end of the activity the Untirta team also visited UPT ICT directly to introduce the work environment and Undiksha ICT infrastructure.
