Ganesha University of Education continues to try to improve the version-level webometrics. Through various strategies, in July 2022, this state university will enter the Webometric national top 50, which is ranked 35th, a big jump from January 2022 which was ranked 62nd. This achievement also places Undiksha in the top ranking for universities in Bali.
Webometrics is the world’s most popular university ranking system, compared to other ranking systems. The webometrics version assessment was carried out based on three indicators which include visibility, transparency, and excellence with their respective weights. This achievement was welcomed proudly by the Chancellor of Undiksha, Prof. Dr. I Nyoman Jampel, M.Pd., and other academics, on Friday (5/8/2022).
This increase in ranking is considered to be inseparable from the hard work of all parties. Chancellor Jampel invited this achievement to be used as motivation to continue to improve, and to continue taking strategic steps in order to achieve an even better ranking. “Let’s continue to work together, continue to improve ranking continue to rise. “The same goes for ranking other fields,” he said.
