On Monday (16/12) in the Undiksha UPT ICT meeting room, a remuneration data consolidation meeting was taking place, inviting units related to the implementation of remuneration, namely UPT ICT, personnel, and HTL. This activity aims to have a joint discussion regarding the data that has been entered into the system, to check and trace the suitability of the data based on the input from the lecturers and staff on duty.
For information, the implementation of remuneration for the odd semester of 2019 is not very different from previous semesters, it is carried out online and managed using various systems as data contributors, where each user will use a certain system:
- Lecturers: use input in the performance system (for reporting research results, service, and awards), the SIAK system (for reporting the results of teaching agendas and teaching attendance)
- Employees: use the Shakuntala system (for inputting lecturer decrees), online attendance system (used based on the results of fingerprint recording on a machine), lecturer system (for determining certain positions)
If there are still some problems, then at this meeting we will discuss and directly check the problems being experienced by the lecturer according to complaints and evidence.
Each lecturer can check the data on the results of calculating the remaining points on the https://remunerasi.undiksha.ac.id system. It is hoped that through this scheduled meeting, the findings of problems currently being experienced by lecturers at the Ganesha University of Education can immediately be resolved so that the calculation of points and payments by the rectorate’s finance department can be carried out immediately. This implementation is also a form of excellent service at the Ganesha University of Education.
