On Monday (18/11) all members of the UPT ICT Information Systems Division team held an internal meeting with the Head of UPT ICT and the Head of the Business Division. The meeting discussed preparations for the series of uses of the SKP/BKD system, Shakuntala, and remuneration system data synchronization which usually starts in December. The meeting, which started at 14.30 WITA, took place in the meeting room on the 2nd floor, data preparation, the flow of using web services in exchanging data, and data storage mechanisms in databases were the main focus. In future system services, UPT ICT will always optimize every business process in the system. It is hoped that this meeting will become a medium for discussion in optimizing/improving the system in improving services to the academic community.
