Continuing the training program that was implemented (24/11), on Monday, (29/11) UPT ICT again carried out assistance in improving website content for IT operators appointed by the leadership. The activity, which took place from 09.00 WITA in the Vicon Room, specifically invited IT staff from the Postgraduate Faculty which oversees the Master of Basic Education, Doctor of Basic Education, Doctor of Educational Sciences study programs, as well as the Faculty of Education which houses the Undergraduate PGSD and Bachelor of Educational Technology study programs. Limited invitations are made so that assistance is maximized.
With the data that has been prepared by the operator beforehand, each IT staff begins to complete the content of the managed website. UPT ICT as a monitoring and support team helps if website operators have difficulty entering data.
This discussion and joint work activity is focused on updating Indonesian language content. After the data is final, the plan is to ask for assistance from the Language UPT to help translate the content into an English version.
Based on the implementation of website training on Wednesday (24/11), each website is required to complete content including:
- Pages that contain:
- Faculty/Prodi/Unit/Institution profile, academic data (including overview, human resources, facilities and infrastructure, study programs, collaborations, accreditation, study program permits, quality control group, JDIH);
- Academic Data (including curriculum, class schedules, academic documents, and information systems)
- Student Affairs Data (includes student activities, student achievements, student services, scholarships, student admissions, alumni, student organizations, and student innovation (PKM & PMW))
- Research and Publication Data (includes research, service, publications (journals/proceedings/books/other works), IPR)
- Information and Service Publication Data (includes data download media, our contact service, criticism and suggestion service, and news/announcement/blog information service)
- The content of the posts includes news about achievements (students, lecturers, staff), academic and non-academic activities as well as interesting articles that attract more website visits.
UPT ICT does not limit the content that appears on the website, however, if there is more complete data it will provide more information for page visitors.
Assistance activities do not only take place offline, the Content Management Division also provides online services to facilitate communication, interaction, and solving problems experienced by operators.
