Prior to the external audit of the International Standard Quality Management System (ISO), UPT ICT held a team readiness coordination meeting. The meeting which discussed the readiness and completeness of quality management documents was chaired directly by the Head of the Helpdesk & Documentation Division, I Made Ardwi Pradnyana, S.T., M.T. on Thursday (21/7), at the UPT ICT Video Conference room.

In the near future, UPT ICT together with the ISO Team will carry out an online audit. In the remaining time, the ISO Team is aggressively preparing the required documents/files. Not only documents, members’ motivation and mentality are fostered to be braver and ready to face the audit which will take place in the third week of July.

Preparing for ISO certification, UPT ICT together with the team, has carried out an Internal Audit, drafting and preparing quality management documents which will become a benchmark for the assessment carried out by the ISO Auditor. Coordinator I Made Ardwi Pradnyana, S.T., M.T. admitted that his subordinates, UPT ICT, had prepared the required documents, but the documentation was still not optimal, which was a fear in facing the upcoming audit.
