Singaraja, February 17, 2025 – A serious yet conducive atmosphere filled the Basic Lab Room of UPA TIK Undiksha as the weekly meeting took place in the 3rd week of February 2025. The meeting, attended by the UPA TIK team, was led directly by Head of UPA TIK Undiksha, I Ketut Resika Arthana, S.T., M.Kom., with the primary objective of monitoring and addressing various issues that had arisen in the past week regarding information systems and SI/TI services within the campus environment.
Several strategic issues became the focus of discussion. One key topic was the preparation of technical documents for information systems developed by UPA TIK Undiksha, ensuring the readiness of various technical aspects that support the operation of campus-wide information systems. Additionally, the progress of Fiber Optic (FO) installation was a major point of discussion, as it plays a crucial role in enhancing campus internet connectivity to ensure smooth academic and administrative processes.
Beyond technical aspects, the meeting also addressed infrastructure-related issues, including the improvement of UPA TIK infrastructure, which requires immediate follow-up to enhance SI /TI services. A significant concern was the synchronization of lecturer attendance at the Undiksha Denpasar Campus, emphasizing the need for accurate data in academic management. The Head of UPA TIK underscored the importance of continuously improving the efficiency of systems and services to provide a more optimal experience for users.
Every issue raised during the meeting was not only discussed but also accompanied by concrete solutions to ensure continuous improvement in SI/TI services quality. The Head of UPA TIK encouraged the entire team to maintain strong collaboration and coordination to uphold a reliable and innovative information system at Undiksha.
